Join this 3 hour intensive spin pole training course that will cover everything from how to teach and break down spin pole fundamentals up to more intermediate inverted moves and combinations.
This workshop will help instructors feel confident in their ability to teach spin pole effectively and assist their students in learning this beautiful art.

Participants should be able to hold a pole up for 10 seconds or more, be comfortable with spins and climbs on static pole as well as basic inversions (inside and outside leg hangs, butterfly, and hip holds).
