As an aerial arts and pole instructor, I have been teaching at The Goddess Movement in Abbotsford for 7 years now. Pole and aerials have become a very important part of my life and has introduced me to some of the most amazing friends in the world! In addition to pole, I also train, teach and perform in aerial hoop, silks and trapeze. Pole fitness and aerials have made me stronger, both physically and mentally, than anything else that I have ever done in my life. I spent my early years in all kinds of competitive and non-competitive dance, and even had the opportunity to travel with the SFU Pipe Band and perform on stage at Carnegie Hall and the Sydney Opera House. Most recently I have co-produced and co-directed the four annual “Vertical Theatre” aerial charity productions at The Goddess Movement, in addition to performing in these shows. I have a passion for “flying” and hope to perform aerials for as long as my mind and body will let me. I am a mom of two little boys, ages 5 and 2 who are my life and biggest fans. I am very thankful for my best-friend, mentor and inspiration, Aryn Savard, who has supported me and provided me with the amazing opportunities that I have been so lucky to have had in the pole and aerial world! I would not be where I am today without her love, encouragement and support. My husband Jason is my rock! He has supported me in all things aerial, and I cannot thank him enough for that. I am so thankful for all of the help and love he has given me throughout the years and I would not be where I am without his love, support and confidence, I love you more than anything babe!
