I am 28 yo and mother of one. I originally come from La Pocatiere, Quebec but I currently live in Petawawa, Ontario.
I have a small backgroung of circus and gymnastic. I started pole fitness 8 years ago when I decided to buy a pole. I stopped pole fitness 5 for years when I joined the Canadian Forces because i was away from home and got back into it after the birth of my daughter a couple months ago.
I think that it is a good way to express yourself espicially when you train on a song that sticks to you!
