With an extensive background in Dance, Artistic and Rhythmic gymnastics, Cait was in her element when she discovered the Circus Arts in 2003. After many years of performing and coaching Aerial arts such as Silks and Hoop she decided to try her hand at something different. After a month of doing pole, Cait took a workshop with Vladimir Karachunov. The experience was both humbling and inspiring. Cait has put in long hours over the past year at Studio In Essence and is very happy to be competing in both the Pro and Doubles Divisions of APFC.
