Chanele Parent

I took my first pole dancing class at the end of September 2013 while looking for a new fitness challenge. After a few classes, I found extreme motivation from the dance, strength and flexibility aspects of the sport. Since deciding to work on personal challenges for the year 2014, I have decided to further pursue the sport by increasing the amount of classes taken and trying to compete this year. I hope to one day be able to reach a high enough level in the discipline to be able to teach other individuals the sport that has motivated me to push me to reach fitness levels I once thought were unreachable.
