Originally from Bridgewater, NS, I moved to Halifax after college for a job. I now work as a pastry chef at the Humani-t cafe while doing painting and pole fitness on the side. I started doing pole at Studio in Essence about two years ago as a way to meet people and keep in shape. I’ve meet many encouraging an supportive people there who have lead me towards taking part in the Atlantic Pole Fitness Competition. I’ve been really looking forward to the chance of competing for the first time and getting to show my strength.
