Stephanie Michalovic

My name is Steph and began my journey with Pole Fitness in 2012. Growing up, I loved activities such as dance, gymnastics and cheerleading. After many years of competitive cheerleading, I wanted to start a sport that reduced the chance of injury yet was equally challenging.

I saw Pole Fitness as a natural transition. Little did I know, I would soon become hooked on pole. I practice most days of the week and even go on to teach. I instantly loved the strength, stamina and flexibility pole fitness required- there was always a new move or a new transition I look forward to working on.
