It had been fifteen years since Tanya Wilkins last gymnastics class. It had been four years since her last dance class. Then in 2014, Tanya came across VogueFit, tried pole dancing , and has continuously been taking classes. For Tanya, Pole dancing is a perfect combination of dance and gymnastics which challenges her physically and creatively. More importantly, it is a sport one can start at any age. With each hour spent at the studio, she regains flexibility, musicality, and strength. Pole dancing got her back in touch with her old self.
