My interest in fitness first began in my twenties, however I had not done any sport since I was a child. I decided I wanted a fun way to develop my strength, and chose to begin taking aerial silks. After a year and a half of training I took my first pole class, drawn to the beauty and challenge of the sport. I have been taking pole classes for a year and a half and love the sense of community that surrounds pole fitness. There is so much to learn, and I love sharing the journey and accomplishments with my classmates.
