Inspired by Monique’s HeelCraft series at She Pole Dance, this workshop will help you develop and enhance your confidence dancing in heels while breaking down fundamental heel techniques, slowing down your movement to help you flow with intention and finding moments in the choreo to add your unique style.

This is a low flow choreo that works on both spin and static. Knee pads optional and platform heels are required to play with heel edge and box work.
