Technical Specs

Stage Size

16 by 24 feet

Poles will be 8 feet from each other and all sides of the stage

Hoops will be rigged from the center point on the stage and will be 8 feet from front and back of the stage and 12 feet from each side

Poles are 45 mm chrome and will be 14 feet high.  Stage left is spin and stage right is static (with the exception of requirements for troupes, doubles or showcase)

Hoop Specs

Singles:  36 inch interior diameter, no tab, directly choked with a 4 foot spanset, to be between 5 foot 8 and 5 foot 10 inches off the mat.  hoop weighs 10 lbs and is covered in hockey tape

Doubles: 39 inch interior diameter, no tab, directly choked with a 4 foot spanset, to be between 5 foot 5 and 5 foot 7 inches off the mat.  hoop weighs 12 lbs and is covered in hockey tape

Additional FAQ's

Do I have to attend both meetings? 

No - you only have to attend one to hand in paperwork, confirm music and tech sheets, receive your competitor badge.  So if you compete Saturday, you must attend Saturdays meeting.  If you compete Sunday, you can either come Saturday or Sunday.

Can I receive a badge for my human prop?

Yes, you can, however, you must provide the name of the human prop to info@canadianpolefitnessassociation.com by May 1st, 2019.

When are prop submissions due?

Please confirm props by May 15th.  If they are the same as regionals, please just confirm they are the same.  If they have changed, please note the changes

Can I send my music as a youtube link or spotify (or other) link?

No, you must send your music as an MP# file and it must be labelled correctly (as per instructions)
